Our Process
Our flexible standard working process.
Consultation & Site Assessment
Havenergy Consulting Inc. conducts a consultation and inspects the customer's location to determine energy needs and the suitable system size.
Quotation & Agreement
A formal proposal and payment plan are presented. Once accepted, both parties sign a detailed agreement outlining terms, warranty, and payment structure.
Initial Deposit Payment
The customer makes the required initial deposit (or full payment for outright purchase) to initiate the project.
System Delivery & Installation
The complete solar system including panels, inverter, and batteries is delivered and installed by certified technicians.
System Testing & Commissioning
The system is tested to ensure full functionality, and the customer is briefed on basic usage and energy management strategies.
Monitoring & Support
After installation, Havenergy provides technical support, routine checks, and warranty coverage for the duration agreed upon.
Ownership Transfer (for payment plans)
Once the full payment is completed, ownership of the system transfers officially to the customer.
